Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks including receiving and sorting merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership effectively. Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficient organization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
