Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for optimal warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
