1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, providing exceptional service to our customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and handle physical demands of the warehouse environment.
