1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the Aldi team. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. If you are detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team, and can adapt to a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Shift Schedules

• Schedule A1, A2, B, C, D available.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment safely.
