2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. This position offers a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
