Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Perform various physical activities such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
