2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Schedules:
• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Every 3 weeks on Sat-Sun
• Schedule C: Every other weekend on Sat-Sun
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receiving and stocking merchandise efficiently.
• Organizing and preparing merchandise for shipment.
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Inventory management and communication with team.
• Participating in process improvement.

Job Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to collaborate, follow instructions, and work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:
• Lifting up to 45 pounds, standing, bending, and operating equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures and environments.
