Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
