We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and achieve warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently in compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for basic arithmetic calculations and following instructions.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
