Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks such as receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with your team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
