Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving and organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance processes and achieve operational goals.

Shift Details

Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time
Schedules: Multiple schedule options available.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed for this role at Aldi.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Physical fitness to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
