We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill orders efficiently. Your responsibilities will include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, inventory management, and collaboration with team members and leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse while adhering to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect and report on product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
