2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's warehouse team. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise strategically for shipment, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work efficiently in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
