Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse appearance and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Contribute to achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality and safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
