2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This position offers competitive wages starting at up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards. You will work closely with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management to ensure operational efficiency and quality control.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk as needed.
• Work in varying temperatures, both hot and cold.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
