2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving and organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Collaborates well in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Strong organizational and efficiency skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
