2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and preparing orders for shipment. The position offers a starting wage of $25.75 per hour with fewer than 30 hours per week on average. As a member of our warehouse team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring that products are handled according to quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive, results-oriented, and efficient work behavior.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments.
• Safely operating powered industrial equipment.
