2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. Working in either ambient or temperature-controlled areas, you will receive comprehensive training and safety programs to excel in your responsibilities.

Position Type

• Part-Time, under 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

• $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipping.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and ensure product quality and safety.
• Assist warehouse management in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaborative teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and strive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
