Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. In this position, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments. Our comprehensive training program ensures that you have the skills needed to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks.
