2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately received, selected, and delivered to our stores. With average weekly hours of fewer than 30, this position offers a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds.
• Comfortable working in various temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
