Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse associates work an average of fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
