2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust daily work schedules based on warehouse requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise daily tasks and activities of warehouse personnel.
• Monitor receiving, selection, and shipping of products to maintain operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational performance.
• Provide guidance, training, and feedback to warehouse associates to foster a productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and address hazards, maintain equipment, and uphold operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving for success and developing others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
