Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's team. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership for seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and suggest process improvements.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
