We are hiring full-time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi with starting wages of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). Join our team and work in a dynamic warehouse environment with various scheduling options to suit your needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior and collaboration.
• Possess a positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain warehouse stock and prepare products for delivery.
• Perform various physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
