2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This role offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on the shift and schedule. The selected candidate will be responsible for efficient stock selection and relocation, accurate loading and unloading of merchandise, warehouse cleaning, inventory checks, and effective communication with peers and leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory checks.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products and ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise and prepare it for delivery.
• Engage in various physical activities in warehouse environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
