2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse operations by receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to our dedication to high-quality service for our customers.

Position Type

Part-Time, averaging fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot/cold environments.
