2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

• Schedule A2
• Schedule B
• Schedule C
• Schedule D

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to management to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Act independently within responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to management.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
