2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, cooperating with management to achieve goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures, good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic math abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments.
