2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in selecting, receiving, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to achieve warehouse efficiency and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to apply company policies, follow instructions, and work efficiently both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
