2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week, starting at up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. The 2nd shift begins at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following proper handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, with basic arithmetic skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
