Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time employee, you will play a vital role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Driven for success and efficient in organizing and executing tasks.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
