2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This Full-Time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a key role in efficiently fulfilling store orders, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements and support warehouse management in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality, safety, or sanitation issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in various warehouse conditions.
