Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in the warehouse. You will also assist in inventory counts, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
- Act and make decisions independently within delegated responsibilities.
- Assist warehouse management in achieving goals.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
