2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work fewer than 30 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our comprehensive training and safety program will equip you with the skills needed to succeed in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks in alignment with company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
