2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and support to carry out your responsibilities effectively.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
