2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Schedules

Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
Schedule B: Requires working both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks, with 2 consecutive weekdays off.
Schedule C: Requires working both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend, with 2 weekdays off.
Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse, take inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and leaders.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and work independently or within a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and cold environments.
