2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, following safety guidelines and handling merchandise strategically.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform within ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
