2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with peers and leadership to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
