2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores, ensuring that our customers receive the products they love. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
