2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, and moving stock within the warehouse to fulfill store orders efficiently. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a comprehensive training and safety program for all associates.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any quality or safety concerns.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
