2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain warehouse appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, and resilient behaviors.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
