2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at ALDI. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing products for shipment, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
