Job Description

We are looking for a skilled 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker, your main responsibilities will include selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise efficiently in accordance with warehouse guidelines. You will also be involved in warehouse inventory counts, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaborate effectively with a team, exhibit a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize and execute tasks efficiently. Additionally, the ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or as part of a team is crucial. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. This role requires frequent physical activity, such as lifting and moving products, working in varying temperatures, and operating powered industrial equipment safely.
