Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the vibrant team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and contribute to process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
