2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Act independently in designated responsibilities and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines while operating equipment.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Job Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered equipment.
