2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic warehouse operations team. In this part-time role, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our team members work less than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and safety programs to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, with excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying temperatures.
