2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organizational efficiency and compliance with standards.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
