Job Description

We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the overall order fulfillment process meets our high standards.

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Contribute to inventory counts and warehouse improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
