2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As part of the 2nd Shift, which starts at 3:00 PM, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, loading, and relocating merchandise within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Act conscientiously, collaborate with the team, demonstrate a positive attitude, drive for success, and execute with efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment safely. Work in varying temperatures and environments.
