2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
